Transforma (“the App”) is a file conversion application for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
File Processing
All file conversions are performed entirely on your device. Your files are never uploaded to any server. The App uses only Apple system frameworks (AVFoundation, CoreImage, PDFKit) to convert files locally. No file data ever leaves your device.
Data We Collect
Crash Reports
We use Sentry, a third-party crash reporting service, to collect anonymous crash data when the App encounters an error. This data includes:
- Device model and iOS version
- App version and build number
- Stack traces and error messages
- General device state (memory usage, battery level)
Crash data is not linked to your identity and does not include any of your files, file names, or personal information. We use this data solely to identify and fix bugs.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Files or file contents
- File names or metadata
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Advertising identifiers
- Contact information
No User Accounts
The App does not require or support user accounts, login, or registration. There is no personal data associated with your use of the App.
No Tracking
The App does not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology.
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party service:
- Sentry (sentry.io) — for crash reporting only. Sentry's privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.
Data Retention
Crash reports are retained by Sentry for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. No other data is collected or retained.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we collect no personal data at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have questions about our data practices, please contact us.
